Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

• All orders are shipped via registered domestic courier services and/or India Post only.

• Orders are typically dispatched within one day from the date of order placement and/or payment confirmation, or as per the delivery schedule agreed at the time of order confirmation.

• All orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on 
  weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be 
  delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a 
  significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.  

• Shipping timelines are subject to courier service norms and delivery conditions. The Platform Owner is not liable for any delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.

• All deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has been dispatched.

• Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable.
